Community Insurance Center (CIC) is a broker/deal insurance company servicing a variety of products.
CIC struggled with data management and expensive third party fees for additional software. They wanted the ability to co-create an in-house policy administrative system that connected all parts of their organization.
A complete policy administration system that includes policy and customer management, billing and documents management. Policy, customer and company data is now uploaded, managed and processed in Microsoft dataverse/Sharepoint using a suite of custom model driven and canvas apps on the Power Platform.
The CIC team is now able to securely manage and track their day to day tasks, manage documents, record and generate policy, invoice and customer data as well as manage important documents all within the same Microsoft environment.
