The Client: mHub

mHub offers a collaborative workspace for businesses and mentors.

The Problem

mHub has an extensive suite of member benefits including workspace rentals and mentorship programs. Users have a hard time navigating the mHub platform resulting in negative user feedback.

The Solution

To improve the overall user experience we redesigned membership dashboard with a focus on U/X, as well as a new mentor booking platform/interface, and created custom SSO flows to allow members to access external platforms quickly and securely.

The Results

General layout has been changed from a sidebar menu to a mobile friendly top level menu along with a new member dashboard. A new Mentor panel was implemented that allows mentors to set their availability and sync their calendars. User can now easily book time with their mentors and send calendar holds/notifications.
